using a facebook bot to combat customer service issues

As BP prepared to launch to their new rewards program, they wanted to provide answers to their customers about the transition from the old program to the new.

So we created a bot built to handle the most commonly asked questions about what would happen to their old rewards, as well as the exciting new benefits for the new program.

The BP customer service team could also monitor free form requests. The bot is set to deliver a different response within business hours and outside of them so expectations are always met.
