Kwik Trip's loyal customer base uses Facebook direct messaging as a customer service tool. As volume increased, they needed a way to simplify the burden on the customer service team, while still providing the level of care a Kwik Trip customer is used to receiving.

So we created a bot built to handle the most commonly asked questions about Kwik Trip’s loyalty program, Kwik Rewards. The clean, friendly interface allows Kwik Trip shoppers to receive instant answers to commonly asked questions.

Shoppers can even locate their closest store.

Plus, the Kwik Trip team can still monitor the feed for requested interactions and handle them in a timely manner.
