Every pet parent likes to see their pet's name in print. After entering pet type and name, users could scroll through the naughty and nice lists to see which list their pet fell on.
Data was saved within a database for future mobile targeting. PetSmart can now segment and target their messaging based on pet type and even address messages to the pets themselves!
